Wolverhampton Wanderers are eyeing an ambitious summer move for Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker, journalist Graeme Bailey has told Molineux News.
Wolves have reportedly identified the England international as a potential replacement for Nelson Semedo and consider him an ‘appealing’ market option.
Walker is expected to depart Man City this summer following his loan at AC Milan and has no shortage of suitors in the Premier League, with Everton also showing keen interest.
The 'world-class' 35-year-old defender, who joined Man City from Tottenham in 2017, has one year left on his contract, reportedly worth £180,000 per week.

Bailey, speaking to Molineux News, has revealed that Wolves are aware of Walker’s availability on the market but have yet to make contact over a potential summer move:
“Wolves are just aware of the situation; it’s not like they’re in talks or that anything has gone far, but I’m told he is someone they have considered.
“If he wants to stay in England, Wolves might be an option for him.”
Walker is now believed to be in talks to join Everton, while Turkish giants Fenerbahce are also keeping an eye on his developing situation at the Etihad Stadium.
The 35-year-old appears to have no future at Man City following his return from AC Milan, where he made 16 appearances across all competitions last season.
Wolves are now closing in on their first summer signing, having reached an agreement with Celta Vigo over winger Fer Lopez’s arrival.
The promising 21-year-old forward is believed to have undergone his Molineux medical on Wednesday ahead of a £19m move and looks set to arrive as a replacement for Matheus Cunha, who left for Manchester United earlier this month.
