Newcastle United have stated quite categorically that Alexander Isak is not for sale this summer, but let's not allow facts to get in the way of a good story.
Liverpool's alleged pursuit of Alexander Isak is quite the hot topic today, with The Express already trying to tell Arne Slot and Richard Hughes how to do their jobs.
Anfield Index started it all off yesterday with their bizarre Diogo Jota story, suggesting Newcastle would take Jota and that would open the door for Isak to go the other way.
Bearing in mind that Yasir Al-Rumayyan himself told the Newcastle United board to resist all offers for Isak this summer, we're pretty confident he's going nowhere.

Danny Murphy loves the idea of Alexander Isak at Liverpool
Danny Murphy is the latest to dip his toe into the waters, but for once, he's been quite sensible with his approach. Murphy admitted to TalkSPORT that he feels Liverpool signing Isak is unlikely to happen, but it didn't stop him from getting a touch excited.
“The big thing [at Liverpool] is who comes in and who goes out.
“I’m hypothesising here and it probably won’t happen, but there has been some news about Isak possibly going to Liverpool. I know that sounds a bit wow, but can you imagine? All of a sudden, of course Liverpool are favourites.”

Let's let the media get it all out of their system today
You're right, Danny, it won't happen.
However, TalkSPORT aren't letting that be the end of it with Alexander Isak's future seemingly a very hot topic on there today. More to come on that later today.
If we let TalkSPORT and other media outlets just have today to get it all out of their system, can we go back to all operating under the knowledge that Alexander Isak is going nowhere from tomorrow?
