West Brom plan to cash in on Tom Fellows as Everton prepare at £10m bid, a report from TEAMtalk has said.
West Brom are in for an important summer transfer window as they start a new chapter under Ryan Mason’s lead. WBA poached the 33-year-old from Spurs, handing him his first senior management role.
The Baggies will be hoping Mason can build on the foundations laid and push back towards the top end of the Championship after coming up short of the play-offs last season.

Many eyes will be on potential new signings with a whole host of players linked, but there are also stars who could move on from The Hawthorns.
Among them is West Brom academy graduate Tom Fellows, and after strong winter interest from Everton, TEAMtalk report that the Toffees are coming back in for the 21-year-old.
They state that WBA plan on reluctantly cashing in and manager Mason is resigned to him being prised away from the club. He is away in Slovakia with England’s U21s but his future will likely be decided shortly after he returns.
Everton are back on his trail and plan on making an offer of £10m after failing with their winter pursuit.
Could West Brom demand more?
For all the sizeable fees bandied around in modern football, there will be a bit of surprise if Fellows leaves West Brom for £10m.

It is a decent outlay for a Championship player but aged 21, Fellows enters this summer with two years left on his contract and off the back of a four goal, 14 assist tally in the second tier last season.

He has already proven to be a star player for WBA at senior level and there is plenty of room for him to develop into a more complete winger. In other cases, that has come at a fairly hefty price, but at £10m, he could be a very shrewd signing for Everton or any other buying club.
In a similar instance, Ipswich Town signed Jack Clarke from Sunderland for up to £20m.

In a better position to keep other stars
While losing Fellows would be a blow, cashing in on at least one notable asset this summer puts West Brom in a good position to keep other star players while continuing to invest in the squad.
Torbjorn Heggem has drawn admiring glances after a fine first year with WBA, while it is not out of the question that Isaac Price attracts interest just a matter of months after signing from Standard Liege.
Keeping other star men while hoping adding new ones to the ranks should have Mason’s side in a good position for next season with a play-off spot sure to be in the crosshairs.
