Leeds United are reportedly keen on bringing Lennon Miller to Elland Road in the summer transfer window.
Dr Rajpal Brar, an injury expert, has assessed the 18-year-old’s campaign and has explained the setback he suffered in January.
Leeds have made their first signing of the window with former Manchester City forward Lukas Nmecha set to join on 1 July.

Miller expected to clear medical ahead of transfer
Despite the teenager suffering an injury that kept him out for a month, he is not at any risk of failing his medical, claims Dr Brar.
However, it may take him some time to adapt to the nature of the Premier League given how robust and physical England’s top flight is.

Leeds have already made contact with Miller over a transfer, but they will have to beat the likes of Manchester United and West Ham to secure his services. (TBR, 21 May)

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Dr Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist, said about Bijol: “He did have an injury at the start of the year, so it’s not an ideal fitness record.
“However, he played fairly regularly after it and I don’t see any issues with his medical.
“*That said, it’s better to be cautious about his minutes as it’s going to be a quicker and more physical style of football and he does not have too many years of first-team experience.*“

Leeds United will be signing one for the future in Miller
It’s clear that Miller can offer a goal threat as well as being a creative option from midfield.
12 goals and assists in all competitions last season is a good indicator of him being able to thrive in the right system.
Leeds United, should they acquire the Scotland international’s services, will be bringing in a raw talent but one with a high ceiling.
If the Elland Road outfit are willing to wait a couple of years before he’s ready to play regular first-team football, then this is a deal they must pursue.
