Chelsea&United likely to involve in another loan deal

Chelsea and Man United were involved in loan deal last summer. Both of the clubs are now reported to undergo another loan move this summer. One Red Devils star is said to join the Blues.

Chelsea signed Jadon Sancho on loan from Man United last summer. The 25 year old was out of favour at Old Trafford. The Blues opted to sign him with United including an obligation to buy. Sancho had a good start to his career at Stamford Bridge but it did not last long.

The 25 year old’s form dipped as season progressed. Despite that, Chelsea were open to make him their permanent player. But, they wanted Sancho to lower his wages which he declined. As a result, they paid United £5 million and part ways with Sancho. Now, the West London club are linked with another loan move for United star.

Chelsea and Man United to involve in another loan deal?

According to Simon Phillips, Chelsea and Man United can be involved in another loan move. This time the player in question is Alejandro Garnacho. The Argentine has also fallen out of favour at Old Trafford and has been made available in the summer market.

Garnacho prefers to stay in Premier League. He has been on the radar of Chelsea since January. Phillips says that United can agree to send Garnacho on loan at West London if the fee is right. Later, it will be discussed about involving option or obligation to buy.

Phillips said that Chelsea are keen to sign attacking midfielder to can play on wings and in middle. Garnacho is a very good fit as per that requirements. In addition, he is only 20 years old and hence he ticks all the hiring requirements of the West London club. A permanent sale can be carried out for around £60-70 million.
