The Telegraph reports that Arsenal have looked into a deal for the 23-year-old, who moved to Stamford Bridge in a £30m deal from PSV Eindhoven two years ago.
A number of English clubs are looking to strengthen in wide areas before next season and according to the report, Madueke is an attractive proposition due to his ability to play on either flank.
Chelsea haven't received an approach for the 'lightning-fast' forward from the Gunners, nor have they held talks with their London neighbours over a potential deal.

Despite initial interest, there is no guarantee that Arsenal will launch any offer for Madueke as they consider many different forward options to boost Mikel Arteta's squad ahead of next season.
The report adds that Chelsea haven't put the Englishman up for sale, nor have they offered him to potential suitors during the current summer transfer window.
Madueke has scored 20 goals and provided nine assists in 88 appearances for the Blues, with 16 of those goal involvements coming last term.
