Arsenal are reportedly monitoring the situation of Chelsea winger Noni Madueke, according to [The Telegraph](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2025/06/19/arsenal-among-clubs-monitoring-chelsea-noni-madueke/).
The Gunners are keeping tabs on the England international as they explore wide-attacking reinforcements for the upcoming season.
Though no formal approach has been made, Madueke has emerged as a player of interest in North London, particularly given his uncertain role at Stamford Bridge.
The 23-year-old joined Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven in January 2023 and has shown flashes of brilliance in a stop-start spell with the Blues.
Known for his pace, direct dribbling, and flair in one-on-one situations, Madueke has delivered some eye-catching moments, but consistency and injuries have limited his impact.
Madueke has been deployed as a left winger in recent weeks, and there are suggestions he may not be guaranteed regular minutes next season, an opportunity Arsenal could look to capitalise on.
Mikel Arteta has been keen to bolster Arsenal’s attacking depth, particularly in the wide areas. While Bukayo Saka has the right flank locked down, Arsenal are looking to ease his workload, especially off the back of a hamstring problem during the 2024-25 campaign.
Despite the rivalry between Chelsea and Arsenal, direct transfers between the clubs are not a rare occurrence, and Chelsea would be willing to listen to their London neighbours should they present a suitable offence.
The Blues have not declared any intent to let Madueke go, but that could change in the coming weeks with Chelsea targeting several offensive reinforcements.
They remain in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a deal for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, while [Mohammed Kudus and Joao Pedro are also of interest](https://footballtoday.com/2025/06/04/chelsea-keen-on-west-ham-ace-mohammed-kudus/).
Enzo Maresca’s side are currently in action at the Club World Cup and will seek to make it two wins from two in Friday’s clash against Brazilian outfit Flamengo.
