Arsenal sporting director, Andrea Berta, has overseen two new contract agreements, with a third deal reportedly in the pipeline. According to sources, 18-year-old Myles Lewis-Skelly’s new contract has been agreed upon, and official confirmation is expected soon.
This development comes after Gabriel Magalhaes signed a new contract, following in the footsteps of key players like Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and William Saliba who have all committed their futures to the club in recent years.
However, not all players have secured their futures at Arsenal. Thomas Partey’s contract negotiations are not progressing well, and he may depart the Emirates Stadium as a free agent.

If this happens, the club is likely to sign another midfielder to replace him, in addition to Martin Zubimendi, who is set to join from Real Sociedad.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, a Spain international goalkeeper, is also expected to join Arsenal from Chelsea, following in the footsteps of Kai Havertz and Jorginho who made similar moves.
Once the midfield and goalkeeper positions are sorted, Arsenal will focus on signing a new striker. The two main options are Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres, with a final decision still pending.
