NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. — It's a football reading party coming up on Saturday morning, June 21.
The Las Vegas Raiders are teaming up with the City of North Las Vegas Libraries for a summer celebration happening at Aliante Library on Deer Springs Way from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
Raiders Defensive Tackle and local Las Vegas native, Jonah Laulu, and North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown will make special guest appearances and share their personal summer reading list.
The Raiders director of community relations joined ARC Las Vegas and Evan Schreiber to explain how reading comprehension and football intersect.
