Liverpool vs. Man City for Seth Ridgeon

Liverpool have been active in the market, adding Jeremie Frimpong and Armin Pecsi, with more deals expected, including Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez.

The Reds are clearly planning for both the present and the future. Adding a player like Ridgeon fits their long-term goals, especially as they look to refresh the squad under Arne Slot.

Manchester City, though, aren’t standing still either. Pep Guardiola’s side has strengthened its academy with several exciting names. Ridgeon, with his mix of passing, positioning, and energy, could be the next gem to polish in City blue.

The race is open for now, and Ridgeon hasn’t made a decision yet. The young midfielder is said to be weighing his options carefully — and with two Premier League giants in the mix, it’s not an easy call.

City have already poached one talent from Liverpool’s academy this summer. Will they do it again? Or will the Reds strike back and pull Ridgeon in red?
