The Dallas Mavericks hold the top pick in the 2025 NBA Draft and have already hosted Flagg for a two-day official visit ahead of the June 25th draft.
According to The Smoking Cuban, Flagg left a strong impression during his workout with the team. A league source described his shooting performance as "insanely good," with Flagg reportedly exceeding even the Mavericks’ high expectations.
"Cooper was unreal in his workout," the source told The Smoking Cuban. "He’s a complete beast."

In his lone season at Duke, Flagg averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game, while shooting 38.5% from three and 48.1% from the field.
With his offensive versatility and shooting range, Flagg is expected to make an immediate impact in Dallas and could step into a key role from day one.
