Mohammed Kudus appears destined to exit West Ham this summer as the club look to address their financial concerns.
Graham Potter’s side are facing concerns over their ability to remain compliant with the Premier League’s PSR restrictions, and it appears they may have to reluctantly sell some of their key players if they are to avoid the threat of a heavy fine or even a potential points deduction.
Kudus has been identified as West Ham’s most saleable asset, and as such, the club are open to offers for the 24-year-old this summer.
The likes of Chelsea and Newcastle have both taken an interest in the attacker, and now it seems as though North London rivals Tottenham and Arsenal could be set to battle it out for his signature.

Arsenal have discussed the possibility of signing Kudus
Potter must now surely be resigned to the fact that Kudus won’t be part of his squad by the time we reach the opening day of the season.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
Tottenham became the latest side to join the race for Kudus on Thursday (19 June), having made an approach in the region of £50million for the Hammers star.
West Ham have viewed that approach as being significantly short of what they would deem to be an acceptable offer, but now it looks as though they could well be facing another approach from North London in the coming days.
Arsenal have reportedly held internal discussions about the possibility of signing Kudus, according to the print edition of The Daily Mail (20 June, pg. 71).

Arsenal will blow Tottenham out of the water
West Ham will still demand a significant fee to allow Kudus to leave the London Stadium, regardless of their current PSR standing.

Mohammed Kudus’ West Ham stats.
The former Ajax man joined the club for around £38m, meaning Spurs’ approach of £50m would do little to balance out their finances, considering it would only return just over £10m worth of profit.
The Hammers are believed to be willing to accept slightly less than Kudus‘ £85m release clause, and that could well attract the attention of Arsenal.
Mikel Arteta’s side could come in with an offer which would blow Tottenham’s out of the water, and if they did that, it would suddenly become a no-brainer for West Ham to sell.
Kudus’ form dropped off last term following an electric debut campaign in E20, and he seems destined to be the fall guy to provide Potter with the funds to revamp the squad.
