Eagles Mindset Shared In Passionate Push From Nick Sirianni

The Philadelphia Eagles are done celebrating their Super Bowl victory last February.

Of course …

The organization is doing everything possible to repeat its title in 2025.

Leading the way in that mindset is head coach Nick Sirianni. Philadelphia's top leader has one of the highest winning percentages in league history for a head coach in their first four seasons on the job.

In the latest Eagles episode of Unscripted, Sirianni's first message to his new team was clear:

What worked last year won't help the team this year.

"First I want to say, the celebration is over. OK? The celebration is over, preparation is here," Sirianni said in the episode. "...As we continued through here last year, as we came into the 2024 season there was a lot that we talked about handling adversity.

"Everyone right now, for the guys that have been here, are telling you how good you are. Treat praise like perfume. Sniff it, don't drink it. It's poison."

Sirianni's message is passionate. Even better, he's right.

Philadelphia was one of the more dominant teams in the league last season. Their run to Super Bowl LIX was one of the most impressive in history. The hardest part for them will be dealing with 31 other teams doing everything they can to defeat them in their pursuit of a repeat.

It's clear that the coaching staff is more than prepared to handle the team's heightened expectations….

And with the message heeded, potentially lead the way to another Super Bowl title.
