Bruno Fernandes helped Portugal to victory against Germany and Spain in the UEFA Nations League, and Tullis-Joyce kept clean sheets in both U.S. Women’s National Team wins against China and Jamaica earlier this month.

The Portuguese midfielder is up for the award as voted by his peer,s along with Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and midfielder Alexis MacAllister, Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak, Chelsea forward Cole Palmer and Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice.
