Fresh images of Everton’s new away shirt for the 2025/26 season appear to have leaked online.
New images of Everton’s as yet unreleased away shirt for the forthcoming 2025/26 season have emerged on social media – and Castore’s latest design has drawn a mixed response from fans online.
Details of the new home kit have already emerged amid underwhelmed reviews from supporters, and while that kit’s striped design hasn’t been received with a great deal of warmth the away jersey seems to have its fans, even if there are a few naysayers as well.

The new image above seems to corroborate previous leaks concerning the kit’s design – which mirrors the away shirt worn during the 2010/11 season, when Everton finished seventh during David Moyes’ first tenure as manager.
The cream kit differs from Le Coq Sportif’s old shirt in adding blue detailing around the sleeves, but otherwise sticks closely to the simple, clean template offered up by the jersey which evidently inspired the new effort.
There is also a tiny hint of the blue at the nape of the neck behind a square, open collar, while the club badge and manufacturer and sponsor’s logos are also picked out entirely in the same colour.
While Everton have had plenty of white or cream kits down the years, this is the first time that either colour will appear on the away shirt since Umbro were the manufacturers back in the 2017/18 campaign.
Details of the third kit aren’t yet known, but the new away shirt seems to be slated for a July release. Further images from prior leaks can be found on Footy Headlines. The kit has not yet been verified, but with multiple images showing the same kit, it appears that the leaks are accurate.
Mixed response from fans to brand new shirt
The immediate response from Everton fans has been mixed, with some praising the shirt as “great” and not “too shabby”, while others see its simple design as “plain and dull”, based on responses to Everton fan pages on social media who shared the same leaks.
The away jersey may have its detractors, but it’s Castore’s home kit drawing most of the ire, with some commenters branding it as “shocking” and “underwhelming”. A number of supporters have called for the club to move on from Castore, who took over as manufacturers from the broadly popular Hummel before the 2024/25 season.
These will be the first new jerseys worn at Everton’s brand new Bramley Moore Dock stadium and while we’re not likely to see the cream away kit on Merseyside very often, it seems as though a few fans would prefer the players to be wearing it over the new home kit with its seemingly divisive wavy stripes pattern.
The summer transfer window will be of rather more immediate concern for most fans, given that new owners The Friedkin Group seem keen to engineer and extensive squad rebuild with a raft of first-team players set to leave on a free transfer – but it seems hard to imagine that the new tops will play any role in persuading noted fashionista Dominic Calvert-Lewin to stay on Merseyside…
