West Ham have been tabled yet another offer for Nayef Aguerd.
The Morocco international spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad and caught the eye with some top performances in LaLiga.
As a result, the chances of the 29-year-old remaining at the London Stadium remain slim moving into the new Premier League campaign.
This has seen plenty of interest in the centre-back’s signature, with Florent Ghisolfi the latest name to join the race before his move to Sunderland.

It would be no surprise if Graham Potter had his eye out for fresh defensive options in the window as he looks to add to his side in E20.

Last time around, the Irons struggled at both ends, and even with the permanent signing of Jean-Clair Todibo from OGC Nice, new signings could be necessary in the centre-back position.
Even with that being the case, it doesn’t appear that Aguerd will be lining up for West Ham next season amid a sizable amount of interest.

This has seen Gianluca Di Marzio report (20 June) that the Moroccan has attracted the interest of Roma, after already being tracked by Juventus.
Former sporting director in the Italian capital, Ghisolfi, presented an initial bid for the defender before edging closer to a move to Sunderland this summer.
As a result, the Irons will now await an update from the new man in that role, Frederic Massara, about whether he will decide to continue down the Aguerd road.
Aguerd destined to leave West Ham
It would be little surprise if the ex-Stade Rennais man were to depart East London this summer, bringing to an end a three-year spell in E20.
This would prove to be a blow given the quality that the defender could add to Potter’s squad if he were to return to the Premier League.
As a partner alongside the likes of Max Kilman and Todibo, the left-footer could have been an ideal option, especially in a back three.
It instead looks as if a move to Italy with either Roma or Juventus looks more likely, and now the Hammers have to seek a positive fee for Aguerd to benefit themselves most.
