Barcelona finished the 2024-25 season top of the pile in La Liga as Hansi Flick’s side were deservedly crowned champions of Spain.
The Catalans also picked up plenty of individual awards. Flick won Coach of the Year, Yamal was the Best Young Player and Raphinha scooped the Player of the Year award.
But there’s still more plaudits coming in for Barcelona players. Numbers have been crunched and found that Pedri, Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez were La Liga’s pass masters last season as the Barcelona trio had the best passing stats in the top division.
As you can see, Cubarsi was top of the pile with a 93.2% pass accuracy rate (2,424 of 2,591), Inigo was just behind on 91% or (2,417 of 2,209) and Pedri was third on 88.3% (2,672 of 2,379).
All three players were absolutely key to Barcelona’s title triumph, and the stats simply highlight how brilliant all three were in possession of the football last season.
