Manchester United midfielder Manuel Ugarte has shown his true colours with a subtle Club World Cup message for Premier League rivals Chelsea.
The Blues, who are taking part in FIFA's new look competition in the United States, were beaten 3-1 by Brazilian side Flamengo having led through Pedro Neto's first-half strike.
Bruno Henrique and Danilo scored just after the hour mark as Filipe Luis' side went ahead before Nicolas Jackson was shown a straight red card for a dangerous challenge just four minutes after replacing Liam Delap.
Wallace Yan added a third on the 83rd minute to give Luis a win against his former side. It was a surprise result that leaves Chelsea needing a win in their final game of their group against ES Tunis to guarantee qualification to the knockout stages.
Ugarte, who is currently on holiday after completing international duty with Uruguay earlier this month, took to social media to share some images from his down time.
In one of those images, the Man United midfielder can be seen wearing a Flamengo shirt on the beach with friends. It's unclear when the picture was taken but the Uruguayan uploaded the images in the early hours of Saturday morning, so could have been supporting the South American side in the Club World Cup despite having no ties with the club.
Ugarte played 45 times in all competitions for the Reds last season, scoring two goals and notching six assists throughout the campaign.
However, the midfielder was an unused substitute for United's 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final and fell out favour under Ruben Amorim towards the end of the campaign.
