Marcus Rashford has admitted he would like to play with Barcelona superstar Lamine Yamal, as he wants to play with the best players in the world.
[Journalist Gerard Romero](https://x.com/gerardromero/status/1936443939445440733) shares a short video with the Manchester United forward today, in which he’s asked about potentially playing with Yamal in future.
Rashford is expected to leave Manchester United in some capacity this summer, having spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa.
They were keen to make the move permanent but their failure to qualify for the Champions League has made that difficult, particularly with Manchester United keen to secure a big fee to help balance their books for their own summer spending.
Rashford has found himself being linked with a move to Barcelona once again. The Catalans are looking to add a winger to their squad and are old admirers.
The story made front page news at the end of May and reports in Spain this week continued to push the idea. They insisted that Rashford is determined to secure a move to the Camp Nou and will take a wage cut as well.
The Manchester United man has been sending constant messages from a summer holiday in Marbella and has done so again in his chat with Romero.
“We all want to play with the best,” he answered when asked about playing with Yamal before adding “Yes, of course. Hopefully, we’ll see.”
That, then, is him making his transfer stance clear again, it’s now up to Barcelona and Manchester United to make it happen. Until they do, expect more of this from the 27-year-old.
