Joe Burrow Turns Heads With Unbelievably Bad Throws at Fanatic Games

The Cincinnati Bengals are counting on a Pro Bowl caliber season from quarterback Joe Burrow heading into 2025-26 with the former LSU quarterback expected to get most of his key weapons back.

The Bengals finished 9-8 last season, third in the AFC North behind the Steelers and Ravens as they struggled at home en route to a disappointing year.

On Saturday, Burrow took his talents to the Fanatics Games at Jacob Javits Center in New York City.

He took part in a baseball throwing contest that did not go anywhere near as planned, causing fans to react in a wild manner on X.

"Joe Burrow struggling to hit the target in the baseball segment of Fanatics Games," Darren Rovell wrote on X Saturday along with video of the Bengals quarterback.

"He's out throwing the baseball like it's a football...Hilarious to watch," one fan said.

"Throw(ing) a baseball is much harder than a football," another added.

"Literally throws it like a football lol," another said.

"Buddy never played baseball it seems. Bring the ball back and throw it over the top dude," another added.

Another shared a still frame of Burrow's throw along with a message.

"Throwing like a football? Not stepping towards Target?" Rovell asked in response to the fan's message.

Burrow quietly passed for nearly 5,000 yards last season along with 43 touchdowns and nine interceptions as he did his best to keep the hapless Bengals in the playoff race.

The former LSU Tigers star is hoping for better results this season on the football field with some pressure removed and fans eagerly anticipating his 2025 debut.
