John Harbaugh's Incredible Weightlifting Feat Turns Heads Saturday

The Baltimore Ravens won the Super Bowl in 2013 by a score of 34-31 over the San Francisco 49ers and have since gone on the sustain their success with several playoff appearance under the guidance of John Harbaugh, who coached the team that season.

Harbaugh, 62, is the brother of San Diego Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh and one of the most accomplished coaches in the National Football League.

On Saturday, video of his latest accomplishment, this time in the weight room, spread like wildfire as fans began to take notice on X.

"John Harbaugh EASILY squatting 405 pounds at 62 years old," the Ravens Nation page said with three fire emojis.

"That's my coach," one fan said with a flexing arm symbol.

"Not smart," another person added.

"Our coach doesn't just talk hard work he shows it lead by example that's our coach," another said with black and purple heart emojis and a flexing arm.

"That's great. Now can we win another Super Bowl?" another fan added.

Harbaugh has only coached the Ravens during his time in the NFL. He began at his current post at age 46 and has compiled a record of 172 wins against 104 losses

His Ravens have not had a losing season since 2021, when they went 8-9. The only losing season previous to that was 2015, when Baltimore went 5-11 on the season.

The Ravens are scheduled to open up with road game against the Buffalo Bills on September 7, a night game that should draw plenty of attention as Lamar Jackson is set to reprise his rivalry against Josh Allen.
