Robert Lewandowski is being tipped to head to Saudi Arabia to finish his playing career after his Barcelona contract expires in 2026.
The veteran striker will turn 37 in August but is set to lead the line again next season for Barcelona after plundering 42 goals in all competitions in 2024-25.
According to Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiyah, Lewandowski’s representatives have hinted that he will head to the Middle East next year.
“There are no talks at the moment between the negotiators of the Saudi league, and Lewandowski, but this may happen, and the Saudi league will see the player join one of its teams next year,” the striker’s agency is reported to have said.
It would certainly be no great surprise if next season was Lewandowski’s last as a Barcelona player.
