Everton are undergoing an intriguing revamp this summer, with David Moyes spearheading the changes in the North West.
The Toffees have been linked with several big-name players to cement their move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium under the Friedkin Group.
Jack Grealish is a potential signing for Everton, with his immediate future at Manchester City considered over.
Elsewhere, Moyes is said to be keen on Grealish’s teammate Kyle Walker, who is also primed for the City exit door this summer.

The potential signing of the City duo is a far cry from Everton’s past transfer business.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
While the acquisition of Grealish and Walker would turn heads, there are financial obstacles that stand in the way.
Indeed, football finance expert Dan Plumley has raised concerns as to whether the Toffees could finance such deals.
“Yes, I would suggest so,” he exclusively told Goodison News when asked if the pair’s wages would be astronomical compared to Everton’s current crop.
“We’re always best off working on average wage predictions, because a lot of the figures that are out there are just not reliable in terms of individual player wages.
“You can look at the overall wage bill at the club and the average number of players, and get to a figure that makes more intuitive sense.
“However, notwithstanding that we know players like Kyle Walker and Jack Grealish would command higher wages based on the clubs they’ve been at throughout their careers.
“The other interesting thing on wages within that as well, in the here and now of PSR and what we might move to in the future.
“If we look at what UEFA are doing with squad cost, and we expect the Premier League to follow suit in the imminent future, within a year or two, then the wage figure becomes more important in those conversations.
“That’s because that squad cost rule is going to look at wages, amortisation, transfer fees will be wrapped up in it, but it will be something now that’s honed in on more and more in that regulatory framework.
“If you are going to take those players on the wage bill, against the turnover figure of the club becomes arguably an even more important metric in the future.”

The Toffees should pursue Grealish and Walker for correct financial terms
While Everton are in a better financial position than in previous windows, they must still be sensible.
Grealish and Walker would add quality and a winning mentality to Moyes’ side, given their seismic success at the Etihad Stadium.
However, if the Toffees were to pay a substantial amount of the players’ wages, then it would hamper the potential for other deals.
It feels as though Everton can get one of Grealish or Walker, but both would be a financial stretch.
