Aston Villa have been riding a wave of positivity under Unai Emery, but that wave is losing momentum.
The Villa Park club missed out on Champions League football in the cruellest of manners last season, which will have financial implications.
Furthermore, the West Midlands outfit has spent big on players over the last three campaigns, meaning the purse is tight.
With PSR concerns in the spotlight, the Villans could face a decision on the naming rights of their famous home, after recently being charged under new UEFA regulations.

Aston Villa could sell stadium naming rights to boost revenue
Villa had to spend to get to where they are now, and they will have no regrets.
Champions League nights against the likes of PSG were to savour, but now the Villans are in financial bother, with NSWE backed to reach an agreement to rename Villa Park.

Football finance expert Dan Plumley – speaking exclusively to Villa News – believes that stadium naming rights could be on the table.
“Stadium naming rights are not an easy sell in English football because of the history and the name behind the big stadiums that we know,” he said.
“However, then there is the sponsor themselves, and depending on who that is, it’s still possible that you look to sign stadium naming rights, particularly for financial reasons.
“Old Trafford is an example and it’s exactly the same scenario, that if you are going to sponsor Villa Park or Old Trafford on a stadium naming rights deal, that might put some people off, because everyone’s still going to refer to it as Villa Park, but it doesn’t put everybody off.
“There might still be a deal to be done, and it depends on where the links are. I’ve seen certain suggestions that it could be linked to the owners of the club, and some of their connected companies.
“That’s when you’re digging deeper into the financial aspect and looking at it through a purely financial lens, which is probably what’s going on here.
“There are two parts to that. One is what’s in it for the sponsor, but there are still likely scenarios in whereby people will still attach their name to stadium naming rights deals for purely financial reasons.
“If you look at the club and the position that we think they’re in with UEFA, then that rings true here, because it’s just to boost the revenue line.”

Emi Martinez waved a tearful goodbye to Villa Park, and there is talk of a move to Manchester United or Saudi Arabia.
Aston Villa could part ways with Ollie Watkins, who would generate a big fee, while they will want to keep Morgan Rogers.
Although there is much speculation in the West Midlands, the coming months will uncover Villa’s true financial situation.
