Everton are set to sign Kenny Tete on a free transfer upon the expiry of his contract at Fulham.
Kenny Tete is due to sign a three-year deal at Everton next week after snubbing an extension with the Cottagers.
Fulham fans are gutted to see Tete leave, which is a great indicator that David Moyes is getting a really top player.
The 16-cap Netherlands international is expected to come in as the first-choice right-back, which could have a knock-on for a few current first-teamers.
With that said, here are the pros and cons of Everton signing Tete.

Winners from Kenny Tete’s transfer to Everton
David Moyes
Moyes will have one of the best defensive right-backs in the Premier League, so the back four will be a lot more solid next season.
Moyes never really trusted Nathan Patterson as he worried about his defensive capabilities, so Tete’s arrival certainly addresses that problem.
The Dutchman ranks in the top five per cent for interceptions per 90 compared to his positional peers across Europe, as per FBref.

Jake O’Brien
Indeed, with a traditional right-back now set to join, it allows Jake O’Brien to move back into his favoured role at centre-back.
O’Brien had been operating as a makeshift full-back, but the plan was always to return him to the heart of defence, where he can use his aerial prowess and physicality more efficiently.
The Ireland international could form a really strong partnership with Jarrad Branthwaite next term.
Losers from Kenny Tete’s transfer to Everton
James Tarkowski
Tete’s arrival will start a domino effect that could heavily impact James Tarkowski’s minutes.
The 29-year-old forces O’Brien back to centre-back, and that means the Irishman could then drop Tarkowski to the bench.
The former Burnley man may end up becoming the third choice for Moyes, and considering Maxime Esteve is being linked to Everton, he could get pushed even further back.
Kyle Walker
Of course, the signing of Tete almost indefinitely rules out a move for Manchester City full-back Kyle Walker.
Everton had been exploring a deal to sign Walker, and we understood the 35-year-old was open to making a switch, but that’s off the table now.
Walker, who has been made surplus to requirements by Pep Guardiola, will have to find a different exit route.
