NBA stars react to Tyrese Haliburton’s Game 7 Achilles injury

The NBA world was devastated watching Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton go down with an Achilles injury in Game 7 of the NBA Finals.

Haliburton suffered a non-contact injury midway through the first half of Sunday’s do-or-die game inside Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. Haliburton had to be helped to the locker room due to what was later reported to be an Achilles injury.

Tyrese’s NBA peers felt his pain. Many of them either expressed deep regret or offered well wishes to Haliburton in his recovery.

Haliburton serves as the quarterback for the Pacers’ offense, which operates at a breakneck pace. The burden finally took its toll on him in Game 7.
