Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are among the clubs making big moves in the transfer market. The summer window is open again and Arsenal continue their pursuit of a top-level striker, but could finally opt to move on from Benjamin Sesko. The Gunners have been linked with Rodrygo and are now said to be targeting shock moves for Paris Saint-Germain star Warren Zaire-Emery and Leicester midfielder Bilal El Khannouss.

Chelsea are in talks over Jamie Gittens, though Bayern Munich are also interested, while Joao Pedro, Mohammed Kudus and Malick Fofana are on the shortlist too. The Blues are weighing up whether to go back in for Mike Maignan and have interest in Ousmane Diomande and Murillo as they bid to boost their defence.

Liverpool are set to finally announce Florian Wirtz, have booked a medical for Milos Kerkez and are now plotting a move for Marc Guehi. Manchester United are considering a swoop for former Everton striker Moise Kean. Tottenham are targeting Eberechi Eze and Alejandro Garnacho. Arsenal’s pursuit of Benjamin Sesko is in danger of coming to an end.

The RB Leipzig striker is believed to be top of the wishlist for the Gunners, who are determined to strengthen in attack this summer.

However, while Arsenal are ready to pay the £70m asing price, The Mirror report that they are growing frustrated with Sesko’s wage demands.

Reaching an agreement has proved difficult so far and Arsenal are considering turning to Viktor Gyokeres instead.

Pogba set for Monaco switch

Paul Pogba is set for a return to football with AC Monaco, according to reports.

The Frenchman has been suspended since 2024 for a doping violation, a charge which he has continually denied, writing in a statement: “I have never knowingly or deliberately taken any supplements that violate anti-doping regulations.”

According to Sky Sports, there positive talks have taken place between player and club, but a deal is not yet finalised. Talks will continue this week.

Fulham to profit from Elliot transfer

Fulham stand to profit from any deal for Harvey Elliot.

The Liverpool forward is said to be ready to leave the club in pursuit of more regular first-team football following the signing of Florian Wirtz, with Brighton reportedly ready to bid as much as £40m for his services.

He joined Liverpool from Fulham in 2019, and Cottagers insisted on the inclusion of a 20 per cent sell-on clause in his contract.

Should Elliot move for the reported fee, Fulham could earn around £8m.

Brighton target Flamengo full-back

Brighton have made a £20m offer for Flamengo full-back Wesley França, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Flamengo are willing to sell the player, but will wait until after the Club World Cup to negotiate a deal.

Franca played 82 minutes as Flamengo beat Chelsea 3-1 in Philadelphia.

The player, 21, has been with Flamengo since 2021, since picking up five major honours.
