Marcus Rashford has received support from several Manchester United players on his latest social media post.

The 27-year-old recently returned to Manchester following a short-term loan spell with Aston Villa, but his long-term future at Old Trafford remains uncertain. The Manchester Evening News understands the club are preparing for the possibility of sending the winger out on loan for the entirety of next season.

This summer, Rashford has been the subject of an enquiry from Inter Milan, while potentially lucrative moves to Saudi Arabia or Turkey have not been entertained by the player himself.

With Rashford wishing to join a Champions League club, it's understood that senior United figures expect Rashford to move abroad this summer. However, a move to a Premier League rival has not been ruled out, although he does not want to move to London.

Currently on holiday in Marbella, Rashford has been maintaining his fitness. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, he wrote: "Putting in the work with family and friends before the serious stuff starts back up."

Several United stars 'liked' the post, with captain Bruno Fernandes leading the way. Other players showing support included Amad, Tyrell Malacia, Diogo Dalot, Joshua Zirkzee, and academy prospects Sam Mather and Godwill Kukonki.

Malacia also replied to the post with a love heart and a saluting face emoji.

During his time at Villa Park, Rashford scored four goals in 17 appearances in the second half of 2024-25 before a hamstring injury ended his season early in April.
