Alejandro Garnacho has put another nail in his Manchester United coffin with his latest Instagram post.
The 20-year-old’s social media behaviour at the end of United’s dismal campaign continues to throw up problems. A number of poorly advised decisions have left him looking likely to head out the Old Trafford exit door and he has fallen out with Ruben Amorim.
Garnacho’s latest post on Instagram saw him post a collection of pictures from his holiday in Ibiza. One of them saw him wearing a Marcus Rashford Aston Villa shirt.
The support of his team-mate was greatly received by Rashford, who commented: “My brother,” and added a love heart emoji. While the gesture could be seen as merely supporting one of his friends, the meaning is ultimately much deeper and has left United fans furious.
One comment mocked Jadon Sancho’s ‘Freedom’ comment regarding Rashford’s re-energise form at Villa with all three players looking likely to leave the club.

A second said: “United player and then wear a Villa shirt. People were right about you and your attitude.”
A third added: “You just gave all United fans the finger. Some of us always supported you. You just proved you don’t care. Disrespecting the club AND the fan base that gave you your breakthrough.”
While a fourth frankly put: “Little weirdo. The manager was right about you.” A fifth fumed: “Hilarious slap in the face for fans that backed you up in January isn’t it.” While another simply called him a “clown.”

Rashford left United in January to join Villa on a short-term loan deal after being frozen out by Ruben Amorim.
The same thing appears likely to happen to Garnacho with the Argentine left out of the Red Devils’ final game of the season against the Villans after criticising his manager following the Europa League final.
Garnacho hit out at Amorim for starting him on the bench and only bringing him on in the final 20 minutes, something the player’s brother also fumed over on social media. And now, Garnacho has been told by Amorim to find a new club.
The FA Youth Cup winner with United was the subject of interest in January from Napoli, but they failed to match the £70million asking price.

Despite no concrete talks taking place regarding any of United’s wingers who have been told to leave the club, we’re now just weeks away from pre-season with a couple of stars potentially returning with their tail between their legs.
