Man United Could Be Offered TWO Players Worth A Combined£108M By Juventus In Exchange For Sancho

Juventus are prepared to offer either Dusan Vlahovic or Douglas Luiz in a player swap with Manchester United for Jadon Sancho, according to reports in Italy.

The Serie A side are keen on securing the services of the winger, and the club’s new general manager, Damien Comolli, has maintained a good relationship with the player’s entourage.

However, Gazzetta Dello Sport claim that Juve are now hoping to offload Vlahovic or Luiz in exchange.

The pair are deemed surplus to requirements, with the former having just a year left on his contract, while the latter has struggled to establish himself since moving to Italy from Aston Villa for £42m last summer.

Would Vlahovic be a good signing?

The Serbian international had a growing reputation before moving to Turin in January 2022. However, things have not exactly gone to plan for him at Juventus.

Over the last three and a half seasons, Vlahovic has averaged a goal every 2.5 games. It is not a bad return, but it is not the sort of goal record you would expect from a striker who cost £66m to sign and takes home an eyewatering £315,000 a week – the highest salary in Serie A.

Injuries have been an issue for the 25-year-old as well, having been sidelined 11 times during his time with the club.

Man United have already been offered Luiz

Journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed last week that Juve tried to offload the former Villa player to the Red Devils earlier this summer. They were hoping to get Antony in exchange. Now, it appears Sancho is the main priority.

Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim probably could do with having a player like Luiz in the middle of the park, although some fans would have justifiable doubts about him after he struggles in Italy.
