The New York Giants roster coming into this offseason was full of holes. That's indisputable.
Also beyond argument is the upgrades made.
New York added a top edge rusher in Abdul Carter with the third overall pick of the NFL Draft. They also signed a solid starting cornerback in Paulson Adebo. They are surely better at the quarterback position, with Russell Wilson as a Super Bowl winner, Jameis Winston as a playmaking backup and rookie Jaxson Dart, the first-round pick who represents the future.
Is there finally fan base hope that the Giants can turn around their fortunes?
Not in the eyes of the good people at Madden 26.
Yes, 2024 was a rough year for the Giants as they managed but three wins. And to the people at EA Sports, that seems to represent the foundation for some bad Giants fans news.

The Giants have a 75 overall rating, positioning them as the worst NFL team in the game, with the Arizona Cardinals at 76 being the closest to them.
New York's most significant problems from last year seem to have been solved to some degree. Certainly problematic is a tough schedule in the NFC East that won't make things easy.
So ... real life seems like a challenge for New York ... just like a video game does.
