Mikel Arteta wants a new No.9 as he looks to end Arsenal long drought for a Premier League title.

The Gunners haven't tasted Premier League glory for over two decades - and have finished second for the past three seasons. However, Arteta could be the man to crack the top flight code for the north London side.

And as he looks to sit pretty atop the table, Arteta believes he needs to add fire power up top in the form of either Benjamin Sesko or Viktor Gyokeres. The duo have emerged as the two front runners for the spot this summer.

However, Arteta can only sign one - and Daily Star Sport has asked AI, in the form of ChatGPT, which player it would sign if it was in Arteta's boots.

"If I had to choose, I’d go with Benjamin Sesko," it responded in its quick concise measurement of the two stars.

"While Viktor Gyökeres offers immediate impact and proven goal-scoring, Sesko’s ceiling is significantly higher.

"At 21, he fits Arsenal’s long-term vision and could develop into an elite striker under Arteta’s guidance. His pace, power, and potential make him a smart investment, even if he’s not fully polished yet. Gyökeres is a safer short-term option, but Sesko offers greater value over time.

"With Arsenal already close to title contention, a player like Sesko—who can grow with the squad—aligns better with their strategic model and long-term success.|

Recent reports suggest progress has been slowed by Sesko's wage demands, causing frustration at the club.

The north London outfit are prepared to shell out £70million for the RB Leipzig sensation, but negotiations over Sesko's salary are proving to be a sticking point.
