Viktor Gyokeres remains linked with a move to the Premier League
Viktor Gyokeres' future remains unresolved, with still linked to the prolific goalscorer.
The Sweden international remains linked with a move away from Sporting Clube de Portugal, with Arsenal and Juventus among the clubs vying for his signature. Unlike United, Arsenal can offer football - something that appeals to the 27-year-old.

Sporting CP president 'row'
, according to the Portuguese press, Gyokeres has a 'gentleman’s agreement' allowing him to leave this summer for less than his €100million (£84m) release clause.

According to Portuguese newspaper , the club’s decision left Gyokeres 'angered'. In response, the striker removed all references to Sporting and Sweden from his Instagram bio, which now simply reads 'Sportsperson'.
Addressing the situation, Sporting president Frederico Varandas : "One thing is that you should already know me better. Threats, blackmail and insults don't work with me. I can guarantee that Viktor Gyokeres will not leave for €60+€10m (in add-ons) because I never promised him that."
When asked if there were any offers for €60m, Varandas added: "To this day, Sporting has not had an offer for Viktor Gyokeres, neither today nor last season. He is a fantastic professional, to this day he has had zero offers. He has a three-year contract with Sporting."
'Lack of progress'
Portuguese newspaper now claims that Gyokeres is growing frustrated with the lack of progress on his transfer.
Both United and Arsenal have long been known to admire the prolific striker, while Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli are among the other potential suitors.
Gyokeres' telling message
reporter Alex Crook revealed he received a message claiming the Swede has told family and friends he expects to join Arsenal.
"I had a message 24 hours or so ago suggesting that has told friends and family he expects to join Arsenal," he is quoted as saying.

Meanwhile, different Portuguese newspaper claimed last week that Gyokeres is set to 'wait until the end to see his dream of playing for Arsenal become reality.'
The Sweden international is still on holiday but believes patience will be crucial to securing a move to north London this summer.
