However, Jeffri Chadiha believes their fortune is finally about to turn.
In his latest column, he predicted that Sean McDermott’s team will finally get over the hump this season:

This team has too much talent and smart coaching to continually miss out on opportunities to get over the hump, which is why this prediction makes so much sense today.”
This analysis seems rather simple, but sometimes, football is simple.
The Bills have an elite defense, and they’re a well-coached team that has just had some bad luck at the worst possible time.
Josh Allen has always balled out against the best teams in the league, even in the losses; they just happen to be on the wrong end of some heartbreaking instant classics.
Allen enters this season as the reigning MVP, and there have been positive reports about Keon Coleman ahead of his second season in the league.
They still need to figure out a solution to James Cook’s contract situation, but if they manage to keep him around, they should boast an explosive offense again this season.
The Bills could’ve had at least one Super Bowl ring if it wasn’t for Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Now, Patrick Mahomes and company are no longer the team to beat in the league, and while they will continue to be a squad to keep a close eye on, this might finally be the Bills’ best chance to get past them when it matters most.
