Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has one of the best attacks in the Premier League at his disposal.
Gabriel Magalhaes described Erling Haaland as “awesome” and the Norwegian is the spearhead of City’s attack, and is widely considered as one of the few elite strikers in world football.
Out wide, Savinho and Jeremy Doku are incredibly gifted wingers and have the potential to become world-class one day.
However, in attacking midfield, Pep Guardiola has plenty of options to choose from, with Rayan Cherki, Phil Foden and Oscar Bobb all being brilliant players.
Guardiola lauded Cherki and having recently signed for City, there is excitement around the Frenchman’s arrival among the City supporters.

Haaland is happy at Manchester City and has every reason to be when taking into account how all the three attackers could form lethal partnerships with him next season.
But after the Sky Blues beat Al-Ain 6-0 at the FIFA Club World Cup, Nedum Onuoha claimed via Manchester City’s official website that Cherki is a nightmare to come up against for defenders because he is virtually two-footed: “Might use his right foot, he might use his left, he’s not decided before he’s started doing it so what chance have you got to defend against him?”
“Cherki’s not decided which way he’s going to go, he’s watching you, he’s reading you, so how are you going to figure it out when he’s figuring you out? The quality’s there, some of the play with his left foot is magnificent.
Thierry Henry raved about Cherki’s dribbling and claimed he has never seen a quicker dribbler in his career with both feet, which highlights why Nedum Onuoha believes he is a phenomenon.

Considering the former Lyon attacker looks virtually two-footed, it is difficult to decipher which foot he prefers.
However, Jean-Francois Vulliez, Lyon’s academy director claimed via Sky Sports that Cherki is predominantly a left-footer who likes to shoot with his right foot: “We still do not know if his best foot is his right or left. In truth, he tends to favour the left but his shot with his right foot is explosive. “At seven, eight, nine, it was the same. In other words, it was not something he had to work on. He could always play with both.”
