GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - On Saturday, former Gators and current Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson returned home to host an event to give back to the community.
The Anthony Richardson Skills Academy hosted north of 450 kids for the free event that he hopes to continue as an annual event.
All ages were able to be a part of the action at Citizens Field in Gainesville where he played his high school ball at Eastside on Saturday.
“This is about more than football. It’s about showing kids that the hard work and discipline and the right support, they can achieve anything on the field and in life.” said Richardson.
