Manchester United kicked off the summer transfer window with a bang, aiming to turn their Premier League tide.
The Reds wasted no time in snapping up Matheus Cunha from Wolves as part of Ruben Amorim's squad bolstering plans. The Portuguese gaffer is keen to have his lads ready for the pre-season tour across the pond.
Amorim's strategy is to blend in new signings stateside without the distraction of players already marked as surplus to requirements.
United are still on the hunt to beef up their attack and Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo has been linked with a move to Old Trafford. A proper striker is also on the cards with Viktor Gyokeres among the potential targets.
Daily Star Sportbrings you the latest transfer gossip and news swirling around Old Trafford.

Juventus are reportedly willing to throw Dusan Vlahovic into the mix in their pursuit of Jadon Sancho. The Italian side are open to a bold swap deal as both clubs look to offload their unwanted stars, reports the Mirror.
Napoli are also said to be eyeing Sancho, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve are prepared to offer players to United to seal the deal for Sancho. While United are looking to boost their coffers with Sancho's departure, Vlahovic could be the answer to their striker conundrum.
Vlahovic's move to the Premier League remains a question mark. The striker has reportedly been 'unresponsive' to past offers to exit his current club, despite his contract ticking down to its final year.

"Manchester United have submitted new proposal for Bryan Mbeumo who remains priority target. The proposal was sent over the weekend and it’s in excess of £60m, discussions continue with Brentford. Mbeumo keeps giving priority to Man United.”

However, it seems more likely that the North London club will go after Gyokeres. Arsenal are reportedly frustrated with the demands coming from Sesko's camp during talks, while Gyokeres is said to favour a move to Arsenal.
Sesko, 22, carries a price tag of around £70m, a sum that Arsenal are reportedly ready to shell out.
