As well as incomings, Brendan Rodgers will also need to manage who leaves Celtic this summer.
The Celtic boss will not want to lose any of his top players as Rodgers looks to strengthen Celtic ahead of another busy domestic and European calendar next season.
With Celtic ready to announce Benjamin Nygren soon, fans are looking forward to seeing what other new faces Rodgers will bring to the club.
However, it appears that Rodgers may well have to fend off Newcastle United’s admiring glances towards one of his Celtic first-team mainstays.

Eddie Howe’s Newcastle are ‘tracking’ Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn
As well as RB Leipzig, it appears that Newcastle United are looking to weigh in with an offer for Celtic hero Nicolas Kuhn.
The Scottish Sun reports that the Premier League club had ‘talent spotters’ in the stands when Celtic beat RB Leipzig in the Champions League last season in which Kuhn’s brace helped defeat the Bundesliga club.
The report states, “It’s believed the Premier League club are still tracking him and are weighing up a potential swoop.
“But they will need to act fast if they want to land him as Leipzig are wasting no time in their pursuit for the pacy wide-man.”
MORE CELTIC STORIES
It also appears that a number of other Bundesliga clubs are tracking the speedy winger as Kuhn, as was described as ‘magnificent’ by Celtic hero Peter Grant, continues to court attention this summer.
The tricky summer situation that could arise if Newcastle complete Nicolas Kuhn’s Celtic exit
If Newcastle manage to prise Nicolas Kuhn away from Celtic, the German winger could face a tricky situation this summer.
With Eddie Howe bringing the Magpies to Celtic Park on the 18th of July to compete for the Adidas Cup, Kuhn could face his old club if a deal is done in time.
However, with Nygren lined up, Rodgers could be willing to lose a player who contributed 21 goals to a successful season that saw Celtic win a league and cup double and progress in the Champions League.
