Browns plotting QB revolution for 2026?

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns made a splash during the 2025 NFL Draft by trading back and acquiring an extra first-round pick for 2026. While some viewed it as a savvy business move to add young talent, Browns beat reporter Mary Kay Cabot revealed a much more strategic purpose behind the decision.

“I really think that they did it with an eye towards the quarterback class in 2026,” Cabot said on the latest episode of Orange and Brown Talk. “I think that it’s a much stronger class. Everyone talked about this year’s class and how it just did not pack a wallop at all.”
