Burnley talent’s performances attracting attention – Belief €14m could be enough

Burnley’s Luca Koleosho made a mark for Italy at the U21s Euros, scoring once in three games.

While the Azzurrini were knocked out of the tournament at the hands of Germany in the quarter-finals, the 20-year-old’s performances have inevitably attracted attention from Serie A.

MilanLive report the Burnley talent has impressed scouts who were monitoring him during the Euros and AC Milan are interested.

The Rossoneri believe Koleosho’s profile can come in handy for them, with the youngster showing off his ability to beat players in the final third.

Milan are considering the move and believe the Italian could be an alternative to Christian Pulisic, but they are not alone in the chase. Fiorentina are also an interested party, and Lazio and West Ham get mentions.

As things stand, Burnley are said to want €14m to let the wide player depart, and they’re well protected by a contract lasting until 2029.

That is why it feels like the report provides too much optimism on that price. Although the Clarets signed the starlet for only £2.6m in 2023, he’s now played multiple times in the Championship and Premier League.

His valuation is likely to be higher than €14m in reality.
