Manchester City picked up a 6-0 win over Al Ain on Monday and will receive a tidy payment as a result.
The Club World Cup is well underway and Manchester City have secured their place in the knockout stages.
Pep Guardiola’s side defeated Wydad AC 2-0 in their opening contest but did lose Rico Lewis to a red card, and his ban has been extended by two additional games.
The following 6-0 destruction of Al Ain was much more straightforward and lacked any nasty surprises.
Ilkay Gundogan got the ball rolling with a delightful chip before Claudio Echeverri bagged his first City goal with a stunning free-kick.
Erling Haaland notched from the penalty spot, Gundogan scored again and then Oscar Bobb and Rayan Cherki rounded off the scoring late on.

City sit second in Group G on goals scored ahead of their big clash with leaders Juventus. The winner finishes the group on top and potentially gets an easier last 16 opponent.
Either way, City are already through and that, coupled with the victory, means they have already banked a pretty sum from the competition.

Manchester City have already earned millions in the Club World Cup
FIFA are pushing hard to make the Club World Cup a prestigious competition as they aim to wrestle attention and prestige away from UEFA.
To get the competing teams to take it seriously, a massive prize pot is on offer in every single game.
FIFA are rewarding £1.5m per win in the group stage and even £800,000 for a draw.
As a result, City have now pocketed £3m alone from their two wins, and could extend that to £4.5m if they can beat Juventus.
As their spot in the last 16 is already secured, they have also guaranteed themselves an additional £5.8m. That takes their current winnings so far to £8.8m.
That’s already more than the £5.9m Chelsea earned for winning last year’s Europa Conference League.

Pep Guardiola will be delighted with Man City transfer boost
City have already spent heavily this summer as Guardiola looks to rebuild after last year’s trophyless disaster.
Cherki, Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait Nouri and Marcus Bettinelli have been signed for over £100m and there could be more incomings yet.
However, City must be mindful of PSR regulations and any extra income they can make from the Club World Cup can only help in that regard, as it gives more wiggle room to spend.
Should City win the competition, then they would have already earned back a massive chunk of their expenditure in the transfer window.
