Aston Villa are ready to sell Leander Dendoncker, Louie Barry and Kaine Kesler-Hayden by the end of this week, sources have told Football Insider.
The Premier League club have told the trio they are free to find new clubs before the 30 June accounts deadline as they look to ease Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) concerns.
Villa are also working on selling multiple first-team stars, with at least one expected to leave by the cut-off.
Emiliano Martinez is among those in talks to join a new club, with Atletico Madrid among those interested as Villa try to engineer a big-money sale.
Martinez and fringe trio could leave Aston Villa before 30 June
Meanwhile, the potential sales of Barry and Kesler-Hayden would represent pure profit as they are homegrown talents.
Barry spent the first half of last season on loan with Stockport and scored 15 goals in 23 League One games – but was recalled and sent to Hull mid-season, where he suffered a campaign-ending injury.

Kesler-Hayden was a key man on loan with Preston North End in the 2024-25 campaign – one of five EFL loans he has experienced during his time at Aston Villa.

Meanwhile, Dendoncker is unwanted at Villa Park and spent last season on loan with boyhood club Anderlecht.
His contract with the Midlands giants runs until June 2026, while Barry’s deal is set to run until June 2028.
Football Insider revealed in January that Celtic were eyeing a potential swoop for Barry – but it remains to be seen whether they could reprise their interest this summer.

Leeds open preliminary talks to sign Villa star
Another player heading for the exit door could be Spanish left-back Alex Moreno, with Leeds keen on bringing him to Elland Road this summer.
Football Insider revealed on 18 June that Leeds have made contact over a deal for Moreno.
Junior Firpo, who played a key role in Leeds’ Championship title-winning campaign, is expected to leave Elland Road at the end of his contract this month.
Moreno’s contract at Villa Park is set to run until June 2026.
