Manchester United are working on a deal for Bryan Mbeumo
work in the summer transfer window is set to intensify over the next two weeks with Ruben Amorim and Jason Wilcox preparing for the start of pre-season.
United wasted no time in improving Ruben Amorim's squad following an abysmal 2024/25 season. A 15th-placed finish in the and defeat in the final meant the club suffered their worst campaign in 51 years.
Matheus Cunha came in as United's first signing of the summer with his £62.5million release clause triggered. The Brazilian strengthens Amorim's options in the two attacking midfielder slots but there's still work to be done.

Jadon Sancho is the headliner with the queue of teams interested in signing the 25-year-old growing by the day. Juventus and Napoli have reportedly enquired about his services but it's a move to Fenerbahce which could see United and Sancho come out satisfied.

have claimed that Sancho has accepted a contract offer worth around £8.5m per year with negotiations with United underway. That report has been followed by journalist Orazio Accomand claiming that the Turkish powerhouse has launched an offer worth €18m (£15.3m), falling slightly short of United's valuation of around £20m-£25m.
There has also been movement in Casemiro's future. Despite reviving his United career under Amorim in the second half of last season, and reports from Saudi Arabia this week have suggested Al Nassr are 'close' to agreeing a deal.
Potential sales of Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund would further boost United's coffers and leave the door open for them to finally pursue a move for a striker.
