Yunus Musah seems likely to leave AC Milan this summer, but his next club still looks unsettled.
The 22-year-old appeared to be closing in on a move to Napoli earlier this month, as reports said that Milan and the Serie A champion had agreed to a fee of around €25 million.
But talks between the two sides have reportedly stalled over add-ons in the deal, with negotiations at a stalemate for more than a week.
In the meantime, midfielder André-Frank Zambo Anguissa may stay at Napoli after his departure had previously looked certain. Should Anguissa stay, Napoli would likely not have a need for Musah.
That has led to a new potential suitor for Musah.

According to TEAMtalk and Sport Mediaset, West Ham has made contact with Milan over a potential transfer for the U.S. men's national team midfielder.
The move would be a return to England for Musah, who played in the Arsenal academy from age nine to 16.
Musah joined Valencia at age 16, playing three seasons with the first team before moving to Milan in 2023.
The U.S. international managed 40 appearances in all competitions for Milan last season, playing a variety of positions including right back, right winger and central midfield.
West Ham is looking to make several additions after a disappointing 14th place finish in the Premier League last season. The only summer signing for the Hammers thus far is defender Jean-Clair Todibo, who was on loan last year before West Ham made the move from Nice permanent this month.
Musah was set to be on the U.S. men's national team Gold Cup roster this summer, but requested to be removed due to a personal issue.
Musah has 46 caps with the USMNT, including starts in all four of the team's games at the 2022 World Cup.
