Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and NFL legend Aaron Rodgers made his latest appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday and, per usual, made some notable comments.
The biggest revelation from the Rodgers interview, which was his first with McAfee since joining the Steelers, was his announcing that the 2025 season was likely his last in the NFL.
"I'm pretty sure this is it. That's why we just did a one-year deal - Steelers didn't need to put any extra years on that or anything," Rodgers said. "This was really about finishing with a lot of love and fun and peace for the career that I've had."
The future Hall of Famer also blasted both the media and fans over the constant questions about whether or not he was married after he was spotted with a ring on his finger in May.
"I'm pretty sure this is my last season and that's why we did the one year deal..
I've played twenty years and I've enjoyed it..
There's no better way to finish it than with Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers" @AaronRodgers12#PMSLivepic.twitter.com/hWN5veErEH

Rodgers has since confirmed he is indeed married, but he isn't happy with what he calls the "entitlement" of a "sick society" that wanted to know more about his personal life.
"It's a sick society," Rodgers said to McAfee. "What's the entitlement to information that we have in society these days?"
Rodgers also noted that after his days in the NFL are over, "you won't see me."
After two miserable years with the Jets, Rodgers is entering his first year with the Steelers, where he hopes to get the team over the hump to its first playoff win since 2016.
Once the campaign is over, we may not see much of the legendary quarterback in his post-playing days.
