Thomas has spent his four years in the NBA with the Nets, steadily becoming one of the most crucial parts of the team.
In 2024-25, he averaged 24.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists.
The Nets would love to keep Thomas around, especially since he seems to keep getting better, but he is demanding a lot of cash.
They have to consider what he brings to the team, but also think about other contracts they want to offer their players.
