Kobbie Mainoo enjoys holiday with Leny Yoro, Joshua Zirkzee mocks his basketball skills

Kobbie Mainoo faces a big season at Manchester United.

The 2024/25 campaign was one to forget for most Manchester United players.

United underperformed domestically and lost the Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur, meaning there will be no European football next season, making it slightly more difficult for Ineos to operate in the summer transfer window.

That said, United are still able to sign top players. They proved that by announcing the arrival of Matheus Cunha from Wolves at the beginning of the transfer window. Now, they have made a second bid to sign Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo.

Some players had excuses for performing below par, like Kobbie Mainoo, who had his troubles with injuries. That is why the upcoming season is a big one for the United midfielder.

Mainoo was a key player under Erik ten Hag during the season prior, when he scored in the FA Cup final win over Manchester City.

Ruben Amorim will be planning for Mainoo to reach those levels again next term.
