Leeds United are interested in a move to sign Finn Azaz this summer.
As the Whites look to comply with PSR restrictions ahead of their move to the Premier League, Daniel Farke is keen to look at players from further down who come with lower price tags.
With that in mind, Azaz has caught the eye of the West Yorkshire outfit after an impressive campaign for Middlesbrough, and now, Farke has no excuse not to make a move.

Azaz sends clear transfer message
Azaz has certainly impressed at Middlesbrough throughout last season, being a standout star in the Championship.
As a result, it has been reported that Leeds are keen on striking a deal to gain his services this summer.

Rated at £20million, Middlesbrough aren’t keen on losing their man, but if they did cash in, they could make a £16m profit, which could prove hard to turn down.

Azaz had a strong season with Middlesbrough.
Furthermore, the 24-year-old also impressed on the international stage for the Republic of Ireland over the course of the campaign.
There is plenty of work for the attacking midfielder to do for his international side, too, as they look ahead to qualifying games for the World Cup in 2026.
With an exciting future in mind, though, Azaz has admitted that it could be time to expand his horizons and push on.
Speaking to the Irish Sun (25 June), he said: “I’m really happy at my club. I’ve had a great year.
“Whether that be the Premier League or going abroad, I want to play at the highest level.
“I’m fully aware that you want to be playing against the best players week in, week out, to be in the best position possible for the World Cup qualifiers.
“It’s a massive step up, but I want to be playing at the highest level, and I’ve got to prove myself at the highest level to show that I can play at that highest level.”

Farke must strike deal for Azaz
Azaz is one of the most exciting players in the Championship at the moment, and after what he has said, there is no excuse for Farke not to strike a deal.
It seems clear that the 24-year-old is well aware that if he wants to earn his place in the Republic of Ireland squad for the biggest games, he must be playing at the top of his game, which he is not doing in the second tier.
Rob Edwards may not want to part ways with one of his standout stars, but with such a big profit on the table and a player who may want to move, it would be a difficult offer for his current side to turn down.
As Leeds look towards life in the Premier League, Farke must explore if there is a deal to be done here.
