Everton are expected to be very busy in the summer transfer window from next month.
David Moyes has been drawing up a list of targets ready to attack July, which is the first month of the new financial year.
Everton have been eyeing Manchester City’s Jack Grealish as they look to strengthen out wide, however, that deal will require significant finances.
West Bromwich Albion’s Tom Fellows is also on Moyes’ radar after his impressive season in the Championship, finishing top of the assists chart.
Habib Diarra has been linked to the Toffees for much of the summer window and now there has been a fresh development on his situation.

Everton forced into action as Leeds United submit bid for Habib Diarra
RC Strasbourg captain Habib Diarra is a man in demand this summer with Everton, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Leeds United all interested.
But, it’s the newly-promoted Premier League side who are making advances, as Africa Foot report that a £23.8m bid has been tabled.
Leeds United revient à la charge pour Habib Diarra avec une offre de 28 M€, après un refus à 25 M€.

Leeds’ first offer of around £21m was rejected, but they’ve followed it up with an improved offer which could be accepted.
That will surely force Everton into action, as they’re in desperate need of a midfield general following Abdoulaye Doucoure and Orel Mangala’s departures.
It was initially reported that the French club were seeking £25m, so perhaps Moyes and his chiefs can hijack a deal with an offer that meets their demands.
Diarra’s entourage have confirmed he wants to leave Strasbourg
The report further claims that Diarra’s representatives are confirming that he wants to leave Strasbourg this summer.
The 2004-born has previously admitted he dreams of playing in the Premier League, so personal terms shouldn’t be an issue if indeed the Toffees formalise their interest.
Diarra really impressed against England earlier this month and actually scored in Senegal’s historic 3-1 victory at the City Ground.
Whilst he excels in the defensive side of the game, he does have a really good record in the attacking third, registering nine goal involvements last term.
