The star in question here is Jadon Sancho. United signed him as promising youngster from Borussia Dortmund. But, he has failed to impress at Old Trafford. Later, he had fallout with then United manager Erik Ten Hag. Hence, he was sent on loans for 2 different clubs.
Sancho was on loan at Chelsea recently who were ready to make him their permanent player. But, they were unwilling to pay his desired wages. Sancho rejected to lower his wage demands due to which the Blues sent him back to United.
The Red Devils have no intention to keep Sancho. They have made him available in summer market and multiple clubs have shown interest. According to Caught Offside, Fenerbahce have now joined the race as Mourinho wants Sancho.

The Turkish giants have offered the 25 year old lucrative contract. Sancho is said to be thinking about the deal seriously. As of now, there is no final decision taken but this is the best offer the English winger has received so far this summer.
The report adds that Dortmund are also willing to sign him for the third time. They are joined by Napoli who are keen to replace Kvaratskhelia. Lastly, Arsenal also made an enquiry about the 25 year old but have not followed up.
